Day 4Reduced potasium by half temporarily. Consumed 100 of mix. Also rebalanced to include more protein. My pee is neon and has that nursing home smell. The color is probably due to the vitamin B2 (riboflavin) in my vitamin mix. Using multivitamin powder from Vitamin Shoppe. Its got 25 mg of B2 which is 1471% of daily recommended intake. So I'm pretty much peeing it all out.Free food:none, although was at Costco since I took the day off to recover from a cold. Day 5Consumed 2/3 of mix.Fee Food:stove popped popcorm with truffle salt (left over kernels)No more headaches or muscle aches. Poop came out like playdoh. I've been splitting my mix into three servings. I tried 4, but didn't have enough time to finish 4 shakes. So three seems to work better. Difficult to finish 3 in a saturday after sleeping in late and not doing much all day.
Day 6Consumed 2/3 of mixFree Food:stove popped popcord with truffle salt, ate it with the mix to get it down.After the first 1/3, got sleepy, and arms were kind of tingly. Took a long mid day nap.
Day 7I think I've found the right amount of nutrient for me.1/3 of mix with minerals and vitamins in the morning1/3 in the afternoon1/6 of protein, carbs and fats in the eveing (protein powder, corn flour, coconut oil)Without the minerals the mix was a lot less thick and was easier to drink.Free Food:Washed down the last 1/6th with popcorn and truffle salt.Sleep was uneventful, poop has sort of returned to normal.

Day 9Just remembered. The previous nights sleep wasn't so good. Stomach felt bad after eating the breaded shrimp. I think the simple sugars in the protein and carb puts me in a stupor. Also noticed some tingling in the hands, possibly due to Vitamin B6. Too much B6 willl apparently do that. My vitamin mix has 25 mg per daily serving. Recommended amount is to not exceed 50 mg.

Day 11Consumed 2/3 mix.Free Food:canned sardines from the cupboardslarge orangegetting headaches from the phosphate. Or maybe just sleeping too long.
Day 12Consumed all the mix. Ran out of oats and coconut oil. Now switching to pancake flour and peanut oil.Ate a hotdog and bun at work.Popcorn and truffle salt. That was the last of the popcorn.
Day 13Pancake mix was ok at first, but the last of it was hard to down. Its a little fizzy cause of the baking soda in it.Consumed 2/3.Free Food:large orangeWashed and waxed my car, didn't feel so good in the sun. Can't tell if I needed sugar or had trouble digesting. I think the fat is going to my sides, bye bye adonis belts, hello love handles.I screwed up on the protein, I should have purchased isolate. The powder I bought from walmart and vitamin shoppe has too much matrodextrin, which apparently has twice the glycemic index of table sugar. Explains why I get sleepy after a meal. Mixed with protein, its suppose to be for fast absorption in protein powders. Since I'm not doing heavy exercising, its pretty much just going to fat. Looks like I need to step up my physical activity. But I felt wasted just from washing and waxing.
Day 14Broke my diet. Consumed 1/3. The pancake ran out so I experimented with wheat flour that I had in the house. It was gross. I tried to flavor it with with instant coffee. Ended up drinking 1/2 of the second 1/3 and pouring the rest down the drain. Then ate a can of sardines.I've consumed about half of the vitamins and over half of the protein i purchased.
+1First bought meal. McDonalds bigmac and medium fries. $6.12. Tasty. Kind of made me feel bad, I think my stomach isn't used to this kind of food after only 2 weeks. Going to the grocery store later. Going to get some good stuff, eggs, fruits, some kale, maybe pasta tonight.
+2My taste buds lost sensitivity. I made spaghetti with itallian sausages and it tasted kind of metallic. THe next morning I had some medium boiled eggs and I couldn't really taste the egg or the yuzu seasoning I put on them.
