Today I made baked miso salmon for dinner. Came out yummy. My special ingredient is filipino brown sugar and red miso. Hmm I think I should invest in some fancier table wear.
This weekend I went to Miami and suprised Ray, Val and Scott who were coming to town. Had a lot of fun, big thanks to Alex for putting us up and showing us around. We hung out at the beach, lounge hopped in the Art Deco District, harassed some aligators at Everglades National Park and had some great Cuban food. Anyone want to go again?
