The flair is strong in this one. Parrots on shoulders is the new toy dog in lap. God I hope not I'm deathly afraid of goddamn parrots. I had another encounter with parrots in Arcadia last week, I was picking up or dropping off scott and this fat green wild parrot comes flying by low and slow. Why are there wild parrots in Arcadia? The story is they escaped from a pet shop that burned down and took refuge in the ARRboretum where they proliferated. Fat green parrots are just about the funniest thing around, especially since they're very vocal and scream along on their labored flights.
