Score in translation. Waiter says i'll get you some meat seasoned with truffles. Proceeds to bring out a filet mignon on potatoes and grates what seemed like a whole truffle over it. Guess he had to one up the pasta stuffed with clams in pesto sauce with pistachios and sun-dried tomatos that he brought out for the first course.
